Magnificent and unbeatable setting in the secure area, not far from restaurants and the main street, areas in Syria and Afghanistan, and center and huge market. Yogurt and eggs for breakfast, nice touch. Free parking nearby provided.

The value for money was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with spotlessly clean accommodations and a very comfy bed. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting the Monarch Butterfly sanctuary, and there was a nice little café nearby for breakfast.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

Located just a few steps away from the bus station to the Monarch Butterfly sanctuary and in the heart of town where there's a nice little cafe across the street, this modern hotel was clean and spacious. the bed was comfortable, the staff was polite and the shower was great. the room had a safe, but no fridge, coffee maker nor digital clock. Breakfast was basic, but had fresh orange juice, diced fruit and coffee. A mirror outside of the bathroom could be useful when the bathroom is occupied.
The hotel lacked privacy in the bathroom as the bathroom was open to the room in some rooms, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.

We booked a suite at this new hotel at an excellent price. The spacious room had an extremely big, comfortable bed, and everything looked new. The location was great, near the center, a huge market, and in a very safe neighborhood. Breakfast was good, and the staff was super helpful.
The most significant problem was that the kitchen didn't work, even though they advertised it as being open. We were very disappointed that we couldn't get anything to eat nearby.

The hotel was nicely renovated and new. the amenities were modern and comfortable. the location was convenient, close to restaurants and easy access to public transportation. the complementary breakfast and WiFi were also appreciated.
The bathroom lacked privacy as the sink area was open to the rest of the room. noise from nearby roosters kept us up at night.

We had a fantastic stay at Maria Fernanda Inn. The spacious and modern room with a comfy bed provided us with a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier. They even went above and beyond to assist us using Google Translator. The hotel restaurant, located just across the street, served truly delicious food. The parking lot, with its modern car elevator, was safe and convenient. Checking in felt like a VIP experience as we handed our keys to the attendant who parked our car for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
